3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to hack the platform
• Upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Use the platform for unlawful activities

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and branding belong to DocTrade. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Subscription fees are billed annually unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change, but existing users will be notified

6. Service Availability

We strive for uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

DocTrade is not responsible for:

• Trading losses or financial decisions
• Data inaccuracies entered by users
• Technical issues beyond our control

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
